Onebeer.net is just that, one beer - and it's me Erik Beer. This website has really been an evolution over the last few years. It serves as a tool for me to organize information about my own brewhouse, my brewing adventures, helpful tips I've learned along the way, and thoughts on beer related topics I feel compelled to write about. As an avid reader and poster on various homebrew forums I've found having my own information in a single location that is linkable makes posting much easier. I hope that others find the information useful as well.
I live and brew in Concord, California. Much of this site is dedicated my equipment and brewhouse, so I won't go into any details here. Though I'm set up to brew 10 gallon batches, I find 5 gallon batches suit me best. This allows me to brew on a more frequent schedule, taking less time between brews for recipe tweaks and experimentation. Honestly I think I like the brewing, recipe creation, and equipment tinkering as much as I do the final product.
You can find me on most of the popular homebrew forums (including The Brewboard, Morebeer, Nothernbrewer, and Homebrewtalk). Also feel free to contact me by email, erik at onebeer dot net
Happy brewing!!
