Doubled this recipe for 12g yield. Mixed 15g collected wort & split 7.5g b/t two boil kettes. One remained the German Pils, the other was steeped with .5lb Carafa Speciall III, .5lb Belgian Debittered Black, & .25lb Pale Chocolate to make a Schwarzbier. German Pils OG=12.7brix Schwarzbier=14.1brix.
